FAQ

  • What is the minimum order quantity?
    We sell in packs of 8, with the size break being 1/2/2/2/1 (XS-XL). The minimum order is 1 pack, though we recommend buying in bulk to save on shipping costs.
  • What are your payment options?
    Payment Options: - Bank transfer - Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) Our preferred payment option is via bank transfer but you can make payment via credit card as well either in-store or by providing your card details to us. We do not store your card details unless it is requested by you for future payments.
  • What are your shipping rates?
    Please refer to the table below for our shipping rates: *Do note that rural areas within the same region may incur a higher cost than stated.
  • Do you offer self-collection?
    Yes, you can choose to pick up your order from our office - do let us know when you place your order if you would like to have it picked up. We are located at 48 Cooper Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010, at the corner of Hercules Street and Cooper Lane. Pick up is available from Monday to Friday from 10am-4pm.
  • Do you supply internationally?
    Not at the moment as we do note have the capacity to ship internationally at the moment due to our small team.
  • Do you do backorders?
    If you have missed out on a particular style that you really love, you can request for a backorder with a minimum quantity of 5 packs. The wait time would be about 2-3 weeks. Do note that any backorders placed cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
  • Do you have product imagery for use?
    Our images are currently for wholesale purposes only. We recommend taking your own images with the products upon receiving them to align the branding with your own and to distinguish yourself from other retailers.
  • What do I do if I received a faulty item?
    If you believe that you have received a faulty item, please drop us an email with photo evidence highlighting the defect and the quantity of pieces that have been affected. All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date, and shipping costs are to be borne by you. ​ If we deem the item to be faulty upon our assessment on receipt of the item(s), we will issue you a credit note or a replacement piece/set if possible. ​ We do not accept returns for a change of mind or for store/customer-related damage.
