STORE POLICY

Returns Policy

Please ensure that you check your stock thoroughly before putting them on the sales floor.

If you believe that you have received a faulty item, please drop us an email with photo evidence highlighting the defect. All returns must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, and shipping costs are to be borne by you.

If we deem the item to be faulty upon our assessment on receipt of the item(s), we will issue you a credit note or a replacement piece/set if possible.

​

We do not accept returns for a change of mind or for store/customer-related damage.

All information collected about you and your business is kept in strict confidentiality. We take data protection seriously and will never reveal your information to third-parties unless legally required.
